TRAVEL BY BOAT TO RURRENABAQUE (Min 4 Pax)

1st. Day LA PAZ - GUANAY. Departure from La Paz or Coroico in a jeep 4x4 to Guanay, comercial gold center. 9 hours trip. Night in a Hotel.

2nd. Day BOCA DEL TUICHI. Departure early in the morning in a boat with motor, descending through Mapiri, Kaka and Beni rivers. On the way we will observe hundreds of Barranquilleros (gold handcrafted seekers) and near the Beu canyon we will be able to admire enormous engraved stones or petroglifos of an ancient culture not studied yet. 12 hours trip. Night in our lodge Tucan #1 in the jungle near the Tuichi river.

3rd Day LODGE - JUNGLE. The guide will explain us about the rainforest and the wild life that lives in this area. After lunch we will have a trek taking the Mapajo Trail, to see different kind of trees. We will also learn about medicinal, toxic and different kind of plants. Also we will see fruits and seeds that are very useful to make handicrafts, this trek will take three hours aprox.

After dinner we will have a walk taking the Mapajo Trail, for about one hour in order to listen to the nocturnal animals, afterwards we will go back to the lodge to take a rest.

4th Day JUNGLE - RURRENABAQUE. After breakfast we will leave for a walk for about four hours taking the Ambaybal Trail crossing the Mapajo Trail then we will go back to the camp to have lunch after the guide will teach us how to make handicrafts using different kind of seeds that are in the jungle. Back to Rurrenabaque

5th Day RURRENABAQUE - LODGE PAMPAS ( Yacuma River ). Departure at 9:30 am., we will go by jeep 4x4 (three hours driving). Lunch in Santa Rosa . Afterwards we will go by canoe for about three hours, where you might see: pink dolphins, monkeys, parrots different kind of birds, capybaras and so on, until we arrive to our lodge. As soon as we arrive to the lodge, we will have dinner and later, we will go by canoe, to see the Alligators at night.

6th Day LODGE - PAMPAS . After breakfast, we will go hiking in the Pampas in order to search Anacondas. In the afternoon we will swim in the river with the pink dolphins.

7th Day PAMPAS - RURRENABAQUE. After breakfast we will do Piranha fishing, if you would like to, you can have them cooked for your lunch.

As soon as we are ready, we will go back to Rurrenabaque where we will arrive around 5:00 pm.
