Cancellations
These are the cancellation policies for this tour. Please note that we can only process cancellations during office hours.
- All cancellations incur a minimum cancellation of 20% of the ticket price (80% refundable)
- Within 8 days of departure: 40% of the ticket price (60% refundable)
- Within 4 days of departure: 60% of the ticket price (40% refundable)
- Within 48 hours: no refunds
- Cancellation on the first day of your package, or day of departure: no refunds
- Non-notification of cancellation and departure has already occurred:

Departure to Copacabana
The tourist bus will pick you up from a central La Paz accommodation between 7.30 – 8.00am (depending on the hotel) and take you to Copacabana arriving around 12.30 pm in time for a lake-side lunch (not included).

visit the Sun Island
At 13.00 we take a shares boat to visit the southern part of the Sun Island – this is a 4 hour round trip that includes a roughly one hour walk, a visit of the sun temple and a spectacular viewpoint. You will be told when you need to be back to the port for the ferry back.

Return to La Paz
Returning from the island the bus will be waiting to take you on from Copacabana back to La Paz at 18.00.

La Paz
You will arrive back in La Paz at approximately 22.30 and be dropped off at your central La Paz hotel.
